Electric Pudding is the plugged-in sibling of local bluegrass “supergroup” String Pudding, founded by Mark Gonzalez and Dan Thompson. Turning up the volume and leaning into funk and classic rock, the band serves up lively interpretations of songs by e.g. the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Neil Young, and Stevie Wonder.
